1. Direction 5: Peter Thiel's Nashville lecture series. Done in v11 (20 Oct 2026). The series ended 19 Oct 2026. Direction 5 now covers what he said (lectures 1–4, labelled by source), the hosts and venue, the comparison with San Francisco, Paris and Rome, the material-interest overlap and its limits, murky items 64–68 and Appendix E. No Brazil or Rockbridge link was found. Still open: Politico's full text, any transcript of lectures 3–4, and any later reporting; these can be folded into the 26 Oct update if they appear. 2. Brazil's presidential runoff (Flávio Bolsonaro vs Lula). The runoff is 25 Oct 2026. Planned update to Direction 6: 26 Oct 2026, around 10:00 AM São Paulo time (UTC-3). It will add: - official TSE results, including state breakdowns and the evangelical vote (exit or late polls); - any challenge to the result, and US government reactions (statements, sanctions, tariffs); - what the result means for the 21-demand agenda, Serra Verde and Lei 15.506, Section 301 and the Master investigations (Flávio's Dark Horse inquiry, the PF's indictment list, the CPMI); - a re-scored thesis-test table; - a refresh of Direction 7: Brazil's row in the alignment map, the "isolation" verdict (Shield, Isaac Accords and embassy pledges, minerals instruments), and whether a Flávio win or a Lula win changes the data-center security framing (TCU 1380/2026, Redata).
